An annual Periodic Inspection is carried out to update the detail information collected during the Preliminary Inspection. An assessment is made based on the data collected in one year's interval, the Regular Inspections' reports and the certification report. Both positive and negative aspects of the assessment are highlighted and reported to the Licensee for necessary improvements. There is also a mechanism to collect licensees' feedback to improve the programs and functioning of RUGMARK.
