In case of non-compliance of the major requirement of RUGMARK viz. to maintain child labour free environment, Licensees or their suppliers get 3 chances to correct themselves. If the commitment is not seen even after these chances, the Agreement is revoked and it is informed or reported to all concerned. In case of an exporter being de-licensed, importers are informed through the RUGMARK Foundations/Offices in the market countries. And in case of a supplier, all the RUGMARK Licensed exporters are informed not to place an order with the supplier.
